You are not required to provide a phone number or email address to build a Snapshot or view educational estimates. Contact information is only collected if you choose to request professional help.
How we use information
Information you provide is used to generate your educational estimates, save your Snapshot for later, and let you download or share it if you choose to. We also use limited, aggregated technical data, such as pages visited, to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
When information is shared
We do not share your Snapshot or estimates with an attorney, debt-management organization, or other professional unless you explicitly request professional help and confirm what will be sent. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the site, and we may disclose information if required to do so by law.
Your choices
You can review, correct, or delete the information in your Snapshot, and you can choose not to answer any question. If you would like your data removed or have a question about this policy, please use the contact options linked in our Corrections Policy page.
